Muenster Nutrition facts
Muenster
Muenster is a semi-firm, American imitation of French Munster cheese. This version of washed rind cheese is manufactured using pasteurized cow’s milk.
American muenster is smooth, pale-yellow, and fairly soft with a thin, orange color rind. It is ripened for less duration than the French version, and hence, mild in flavor.
